Ivan started Johnson Home Services after over 20 years of real-world, hands-on experience. From managing and maintaining rental houses, to helping repair and restore homes damaged or destroyed by natural disasters, he’s done just about everything. At the encouragement of his family and closest friends – who have seen and benefited from his advice and help for years – he decided to launch Johnson Home Services in 2025. What began as weekend projects quickly grew into a full-time passion: making life easier for homeowners by keeping their homes safe, functional, and looking great.
